Halle Berry has asked the judge in her custody case for permission to move to France with her three-year-old daughter, Nahla, TMZ is reporting. The Oscar winner’s has filed papers with the court requesting the move, and the hearing is pending.
However, Nahla’s father and Berry’s ex-boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry, is opposed to the move. He believes the move is punitive and is meant to stop his contact with Nahla. He’s also upset that Berry’s longtime boyfriend, actor Olivier Martinez, will reportedly live with the two if the move is approved.
Berry may use the fact that it’s safer for her and Nahla to be out of America in order to be granted permission to move. Her latest stalker, who broke onto her property multiple times, has recently been released from jail.
