Wednesday was a great day if you’re a Reese Witherspoon fan. The actress, currently promoting her romance/comedy/action film, “This Means War,” sat down with website iVillage in order to talk with her fans about the film, her life, and her career.

One of the big questions of the night was concerning which co-star Witherspoon would choose if she was put in a situation like her character in “This Means War.”

“Oh gosh, I don’t know a lot of people have asked me that,” she said. “Tom Hardy’s more intense and he’s got all these tattoos and hes really sensitive and sweet. Chris Pine’s more charming,” she said, equating him to Cary Grant. However, she couldn’t choose between Hardy or Pine. “They’re both sexy,” she said.

She also gave advice to people that might be conflicted about whether to start their acting career and quit school. “It’s so hard because it’s so rare to get an opportunity to get those breaks that you need as an actor or as a dancer,” she said. “It’s so important to keep you training going…the more exposure you get, the better you get.” Witherspoon said that while it’s great to want to have a career in entertainment, it’s also highly important to get an education. “You never get that time to have your education again. And you get to meet people who can help make you better,” she said, citing her own college experience.

“This Means War” is in theaters now.
