Former tabloid reporter Kate Major is expecting her first child with Michael Lohan, the Daily Mail is reporting. A representative for Lohan confirmed the news, but no further details were given. Major is reportedly in her first trimester, however.
If Major is indeed in her first trimester, there may be legal repercussions for the two. She had a pre-existing restraining order against Lohan that was only lifted several weeks ago. Major filed for the restraining order in June, 2011, while the two were fighting over abuse allegations.
Major called the police as recently as this April, after Lohan reportedly violated the order. He allegedly showed up at her hair salon and banged on the windows.
Lohan denied the allegations, and claimed Major was trying to get pregnant at the time with his child. He also told Radar Online that while he was in the hospital with kidney stones, Major “just barged in! She’s been taking ovulation tests trying to get pregnant from me.”
Major then told Radar Online that she wanted nothing to do with Lohan. “He is a sick, old man who I want nothing to do with,” she said. “He is a liar and because I want nothing to do with him, he has been stalking me, and I finally had to take action again.”
