Halle Berry’s lawyer will call on her fiance, Olivier Martinez, to testify on her behalf in her custody case to support her bid to move her four-year-old daughter, Nahla, to Paris, TMZ is reporting. The Academy Award-winning actress’ lawyer will allegedly ask Martinez about his experience with paparazzi in Paris. The ‘Dark Tide’ actor is expected to say that photographers are more respectful and less aggressive in Paris than their counterparts in the United States.
Martinez is also expected to discuss his living arrangement, and involvement, with Berry and Nahla in Paris. He’s also expected to say that Berry is a great mother to her daughter with model Gabriel Aubry.
The custody agreement is reportedly in Berry’s favor, as Aubry is allegedly having trouble making his case. On Thursday, one of Berry’s expert witnesses left the courthouse without testifying. He was at the courthouse to counter one of Aubry’s experts, but there wasn’t any need for a rebuttal. Aubry’s witness reportedly failed to help the case.
