After two months of speculation of whether or not she’s getting married, Sofia Vergara confirmed to Celebuzz that she is indeed moving forward with her wedding to businessman Nick Loeb. The ‘Modern Family’ star said she hasn’t begun planning the wedding yet because “everything has been very recent.”
The actress added that “I just planned a very big birthday-my 40th birthday in Mexico.” She added that she celebrated with her family, closest friends and co-workers from ‘Modern Family.’ Vergara added that she’s been busy as she just began filming the fourth season of the hit ABC sitcom.
Vergara rekindled her romance with Loeb, an entrepreneur with political aspirations, in the beginning of June after a brief split. He proposed last month during the Emmy-nominated actress’ birthday celebration as they visited the Mayan ruins in Chichen Itza. Her 20-year-old son Manolo caught the moment on camera and posted it on his mockumentary YouTube series ‘Mi Vida Con Toty.’
Since her relationship with Loeb is going so well, Vergara added that she hasn’t ruled out having another child. During a promotional appearance for Diet Pepsi on Tuesday, she said it’s something that she might do again one day. “But you know, when you want to do something like that, you want to do it right, at the right moment,” she said.
