Heavy metal band Attika 7 is taking over television this fall, as guitarist Rusty Coones has been cast in Season 5 of ‘Sons of Anarchy,’ and singer Evan Seinfeld will appear on VH1 Classic’s ‘That Metal Show.’ Coones will play nomad charter president Quinn on the upcoming season of FX’s hit drama series, which premieres on Tuesday, September 11 at 10/9c.

Coones, who previously appeared on the Discovery Cannel’s bike club series, ‘The Devil’s Ride,’ this past spring, said “I am very honored and of course very excited to be chosen for a character role in this season’s ‘Sons of Anarchy’ especially with my long running relationship with the show. Things just get better with is and of course the Attika 7 album and upcoming tour, long may it continue!”

Seinfeld, meanwhile, will appear on tonight’s episode of ‘That Metal Show,’ which airs at 11pm in all time zone. The singer will be discussing the top five screams of all time and Attika 7. He’ll be joined by Aerosmith on the episode.

Attika 7 recently announced that they’ll appear at several Rockstar Energy Drink Uproar Festival on several western U.S. dates later this month. The festival will also feature Shinedown, Godsmack, Staind, Papa Roach and Adelitas Way. Atticka 7 will join the festival on September 19 in Salt Lake City, and will continue with the tour until September 30 in Albuquerque.
