Seal is now saying he didn’t accuse his estranged wife, Heidi Klum, yesterday of cheating on him with her bodyguard while they were still together, TMZ is reporting. The denial comes after the ‘Project Runway’ host reportedly told her friends that the singer made outrageous property settlement demands when she filed for divorce, despite their post-nuptial agreement. Seal allegedly asked for a large portion of her $70 million fortune out of jealousy.
Seal has since backed off of his financial demands, but Klum is also telling her friends that it’s part of his personality to lash out when he’s angry. His anger is the reason their marriage broke up, the model added.
Klum also said that Seal’s accusation of her affair with her bodyguard, Martin Kristen, was designed to hurt and embarrass her. While the singer also said his soon-to-be ex-wife lacked class and her affair with Kristen ended their marriage, he reportedly wants her back.
After Seal went public with his claims, his rep said he didn’t say what he meant. The rep told TMZ that “Seal would like to clarify that he was not implying his wife was cheating while they were together, but he was merely pointing out that their separation and divorce are not yet final and they are indeed still legally married.”
