Amanda Bynes was photographed smoking out of what appeared to be a marijuana pipe on Tuesday while she was driving around Los Angeles on a suspended license, TMZ is reporting. The ‘Easy A’ star was taking multiple hits out of a pipe that’s designed to look like a car cigarette lighter.
One of the pictures shows what appears to be remnants of marijuana in a cup holder. Some of the remnants appear burnt, as if they were already smoked. Pictures of Bynes’ car also show trash, including empty bottles and dog hair, thrown everywhere.
Bynes started off at Baja Fresh in the San Fernando Valley. She smoked from the pipe while also eating tacos in the restaurant’s parking lot. The actress then spent three in a spa, before driving around for several hours without a specific destination. In the process, she cut off other drivers and committed various other traffic violations.
Bynes eventually ended up at a Home Depot, where she once again took a hit from the pipe in the parking lot. She then bought multi-colored light bulbs in the home improvement retailer.
Not only was her pipe smoking illegal, Bynes was also driving illegally, as the DMV suspended her license on August 25. It’s been reported that her license was taken away because she refused to take a sobriety test when she was apprehended for DUI in April. In California, refusing to take a sobriety test automatically leads to license suspension.
Bynes has also been charged with two hit-and-runs. Various drivers have filed complaints that she has either hit them or created peril.
