Sharon Stone was admitted to a hospital in Italy on Friday after complaining of suffering from a migraine during a runway show by fashion house Fendi, the New York Daily News is reporting. The 55-year-old Academy Award nominee was rushed to the hospital in Milan because she experienced a brain aneurysm in 2001 after suffering severe headaches.
After doctors examined Stone, she was released in time to attend an AIDS research fundraiser last night. A rep for the American Foundation for the AIDS Researcher event said the ‘Lovelace’ actress “was examined and given a clean bill of health. As she said, wild horses couldn’t keep her away.”
Wearing a plunging long black draped dress to the event, Stone smiled at cameras and reassured reporters that she felt fine. “I’m good and I’ve got a clean bill of health and I’m happy to be here. I’m totally happy to be here for something so meaningful to me,” she added.
