Watch an exclusive clip from tomorrow night’s all-new episode of the acclaimed action drama thriller series ‘Strike Back,’ which airs from 10-10:50 on Cinemax. The episode follows Knox, played by ‘Games of Thrones’ actor Charles Dance, as he comes up with a plan for the nuclear bombs that involve several African nations plagued by political unrest and unstable militia factions.

One of the transports for the nukes is recognized at the scene of the crime, leading Stonebridge, portrayed by Philip Winchester, and Scott, played by Sullivan Stapleton, to go on a dangerous pursuit. Meanwhile, Dalton, played by Rohna Mitra, confronts Christy Bryant, portrayed by Stephanie Vogt, about the CIA’s dealings in Africa. Matlock, played by Vincent Regan, reveals his true motives behind joining Knox to Hanson, portrayed by Shane Taylor, who continues to be a distraction for Stonebridge.

The clip comes after Cinemax announced yesterday that it renewed the Emmy-nominated ‘Strike Back’ for a third season, which will debut next year and include 10 episodes. Cinemax/HBO will produce the series again with partners Left Bank and Sky, who will broadcast the series in the U.K.

‘Silent Hill: Revelation 3D’ director Michael Bassett will return to helm episodes for season 3 of ‘Strike Back.’ Writers Simon Burke, James Dormer and Richard Zajdllic will also be returning. The cast of the upcoming season will be announced at a later date, as to not spoil details for the rest of season 2.

‘Strike Back,’ which will end its current second season next Friday, October 12, follows the team as they track nuclear triggers stolen by a powerful businessman with dangerous geo-political ambitions. Meanwhile, Sgt. Stonebridge, a British Special Forces Solider, and Scott, a former U.S. Delta Force member, face personal challenges and contend with the pressures of their high-stress work.
