John Cusack’s “The Raven” is set to come out on DVD and Blu-ray October 9, which has been timed to commemorate Edgar Allan Poe’s death on October 7, 1849. In celebration of the impending release, a new interactive map has been released! You can check it out below the post. The map of Baltimore, Maryland shows you Poe’s haunts as he rushes through the city to find a killer. Hover your mouse over the map to reveal chilling locations, and click the icons to watch suspenseful scenes.

Keep in mind: the map has some spoilery elements, so if you didn’t see the film in theaters and want to go into it fresh, beware! There are also some graphic elements, so keep that in mind as well.

“The Raven” also stars Alice Eve and Luke Evans, and is directed by James McTeigue. The film follows Edgar Allan Poe (Cusack) as he finds a killer who is using his writing as inspiration:

“The macabre and lurid tales of Edgar Allan Poe are vividly brought to life – and death – in this stylish, gothic thriller starring John Cusack as the infamous author. When a madman begins committing horrific murders inspired by Poe’s darkest works, a young Baltimore detective (Luke Evans) joins forces with Poe in a quest to get inside the killer’s mind in order to stop him from making every one of Poe’s brutal stories a blood chilling reality. A deadly game of cat and mouse ensues, which escalates when Poe’s love (Alice Eve, She’s Out of My League) becomes the next target. Intrepid Pictures’ The Raven also stars Brendan Gleeson (In Bruges) and Oliver Jackson-Cohen (Faster).”
