George Lucas Opens Up About His Decision To Release Himself From Lucasfilm

It’s old news that George Lucas has relinquished control of Lucasfilm to Disney, selling the company for a lucrative sum. What people are probably wondering is what exactly made Lucas sell his company to the Mouse House. The latest in a series of video interviews with George Lucas and Kathleen Kennedy divulges more on the reasoning behind the big decision. This video comes behind the news of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire writer Michael Arndt signing on to write the screenplay for the “Star Wars: Episode VII.” Check it out below the post.
