The official poster and trailer for director Niels Arden Oplev’s crime thriller ‘Dead Man Down’ have officially been released. The rated-R film, which hits theaters on March 8, stars Colin Farrell, Dominic Cooper and Terrance Howard, and reunites Oplev with his ‘Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (2009)’ star Noomi Rapace.

‘Dead Man Down,’ which marks the American theatrical debut of Oplev, follows Farrell and Rapace’s characters, Victor and Beatrice, as two strangers whose mutual desire for revenge draws them together in New York City. Their need for revenge triggers an escalating trail of mayhem, after Beatrice seduces a crime lord’s right-hand man.
