After Taylor Swift’s recent break-up from One Direction singer Harry Styles, ‘Millionaire Matchmaker’ star Patti Stanger is blaming the 23-year-old singer’s failure in love on the way Joe Jonas ended their relationship in 2008, Celebuzz is reporting. The relationship expert, who’s promoting the current sixth season of her hit Bravo reality dating series, said Swift has “ADD with dating.” Stranger said the ‘I Knew You Were Trouble’ singer picks the wrong men to date; “Now she’s picking young; before she was picking old.”
Stranger added that Swift, who has also famously dated John Mayer, Jake Gyllenhaal, Taylor Lautner and Conor Kennedy, needs to date in her own age group. “She needs to date someone who either can support her behind the scenes, like a musician in her band, or a businessman. It’s one of the two,” she also said.
When Swift dated Jonas, it was one of her first relationships in the public eye, and Stranger said it ruined the singer. “When he gave her the Post-It note and broke up with her, I think it all went downhill from there,” the dating expert added.
The current season of ‘Millionaire Matchmaker’ debuted on Bravo last night at 9/8c. In addition to the show’s regular set-up, in which Stanger pairs millionaires with eligible dates, the new season also looks into her personal life. The season follows Stanger meeting her new boyfriend, whom she met online, and the discovery of her biological parents.
