Apparently, some of the biggest news surrounding Sunday night’s SAG Awards wasn’t Jennifer Lawrence winning for her performance in “Silver Linings Playbook;” it was her dress.
According to Fox News, the actress’ dress seemed to come apart right as she was walking on stage to accept her award for Best Female Actor in a Film.
Tons of viewers took to Twitter to talk about their newfound love for Lawrence as she kept her composure and managed to accept her award with grace, but even though her dress did, in fact, come apart, it wasn’t a complete wardrobe malfunction. In fact, the dress she was wearing is made of two parts.
According to the site, Lawrence’s Christian Dior look was made of two pieces that Lawrence decided to wear as one full dress. Evidence of this is when Lawrence did straighten out her look by putting everything back in place.
