Amanda Bynes is denying the reports that she moved out of her New York City apartment after being threatened with eviction, Celebuzz is reporting. The 26-year-old former actress is insisting that she hasn’t left her home. She even tweeted the celebrity news website, saying “I’m not moving. I don’t have a landlord! I don’t rent! I own a condo in NY.”
But according to TMZ, the ex-Nickelodeon star received “a letter from building management earlier this month explaining that her lease would be terminated, because she’s a building nuisance.” Her apartment also reportedly smelled of marijuana, and she was spotted smoking in the hallway of the strictly non-smoking building.
Bynes added that she’ll “sue them again if they don’t retract the story,” referencing the fact that she’s in a dispute with TMZ about another report it previously posted. The threat comes after Bynes told Celebuzz in November that she would sue In Touch magazine after they published a story that claimed she exposed herself in a New York City tanning salon. While it’s not know if she ever took legal action, she also previously said that all the recent allegations about her erratic behavior are “all lies.”
