As Jennifer Aniston and her fiancĂ© Justin Theroux are re-building their new $20 million Bel-Air home, the two haven’t included plans to build a nursery in the 9,000-square-foot mansion, Celebuzz is reporting. Despite rumors that the ‘We’re the Millers’ star is pregnant, the couple won’t be building a nursery; instead, they have plans to include a Chicken House in the ultra-modern, two-story house.

the Chicken House will be situated behind a guest house on the grounds. It will be a place for the actress’ chickens to live, and will include two wooden decks fro her and Theroux to feed the animals. Aniston previously admitted that she likes to relax by watching her unusual pets. She said the chickens are “very social animals, and they like it when you visit them with a cup of coffee in your hand.”

The luxury house, which sits on 3.25 acres of land, features two levels; the first levels includes a high-tech indoor gym, changing area, a gourmet kitchen and a butler’s kitchen. The house will also include a family room with a bar, a dining room, a library and a master bedroom and bathroom.

The house will also feature a private garden located off the bathroom, as well as a deck off the bedroom. A staircase with a water sculpture leads down to the ground floor, which features two guest bedrooms and bathrooms.

The grounds also feature a swimming pool and an adjacent pool house, as well as a vineyard. The mansion will also include a landscaped garden and a gravel driveway that leads to a motor court. Aniston and Theroux, whose neighbors will include Kim Kardashian, Kanye West and Meg Ryan, will also install a state-of-the-art security system.

Aniston originally paid $21 million to buy the original 8,500-square-foot house in January 2012. The house originally had four bedrooms and six-and-a-half baths. The purchase came after she bought her Beverly Hills home in 2006 for $13.5 million, and flipped it five years later for $35 million.
