The Harlem Shake. I barely remember the Harlem Shake. It’s been one of those dances that’s had a resurgence every couple of years. It never really dies out, though, and it’s back again in rare form without even being a part of the resurgence. Everyone’s talking about the Harlem Shake thanks to Baauer’s song “Harlem Shake” and the viral video that has now launched a wave of videos featuring crowds of people…doing everything except the actual Harlem Shake. These videos are funny, addictive and not one of them has someone actually doing the dance the videos are named after.

Now, “The Colbert Report” and “The Daily Show” are jumping in on the meme by making their own “Harlem Shake” videos. Of course, they added their own humorous twists to make their additions to the meme stand out. Check out the videos below the post.

Which one do you think is better? I personally love Stephen Colbert’s video, mostly because he’s got more rhythm than Jon Stewart. That Colbert is a crazy one.
