If you’re a fan of AMC’s “The Walking Dead,” you’ll love AMC’s “Dead Yourself” app. The app now has a new Interactive Map functionality that can track the zombie apocalypse as it spreads! Not really, but it does track the show’s fans across the globe as they post their “zombified” photos in real-time. The map also tells the user just how many people from each country are using the app, so in a way, it is chronicling the spread zombies.

Since the app’s launch in January, 4.6 million Walker photos have been saved by Facebook and iOS users. As of Feb. 18, 2 million unique visitors have come to the Facebook Canvas app and “Dead Yourself” has also been downloaded more than 1.8 million times by iOS users since Feb. 17, showing that the allure of zombie lore is still strong.

With the app, fans can share their favorite Walker photos on Facebook and Twitter, take a look through the Walker Photo Gallery (according to Google Analytics, 32 million photos from the iOS Public Gallery have been viewed so far, as of Feb. 18) and now have the opportunity to submit their walker photos for a chance to be the “Talking Dead” Fan of the Week.
