Brody Jenner, the son of former gold medal-winning Olympian Bruce Jenner, has joined the upcoming eighth season of the hit E! reality series, ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians,’ Celebuzz is reporting. The former ‘Hills’ co-star will be joined by his brother and sister-in-law, Brandon and Leah, who have also signed on to become regulars on the series.
“I’m always excited for each new season of ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians,’” Khloe Kardashian Odom wrote on her Celebuzz blog. “But, I’m especially excited for this upcoming season, because you’re going to be seeing a lot more of the Kardashian/Jenner clan!”
Kardashian Odem added, “My stepbrothers, Brody and Brandon, and Brandon’s wife Leah are going to be on the show much more, which means an even closer look into the inner-workings of my crazy, wonderful family! Get ready people!” While she confirmed the news, reps for the entertainment cable network haven’t responded on the Jenners’ new status on the hit reality show.
Brody is no stranger to reality television, as he appeared on the second through the sixth seasons of ‘The Hills,’ between 2007 and 2010. He has been making occasional appearances on ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ since 2007. He also hosted the 2008 MTV reality competition, ‘Bromance,’ and appeared as himself on the syndicated sitcom, ‘The Bonnie Hunt Show.’
Last April, E! renewed ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ through the ninth season. The network also extended the family’s talent contracts.
