Even though “Dawn of the Planet of the Apes” is chock-full of great actors, like Gary Oldman and Keri Russell, the actor everyone is really coming to see is Andy Serkis, who portrays the the lead ape, Caesar. “Dawn of the Planet of the Apes” takes about 10 years after the Simian Flu has wreaked havoc on the earth. Now, there’s one final battle for supremacy. Here’s more about “Dawn of the Planet of the Apes”:

“A growing nation of genetically evolved apes led by Caesar is threatened by a band of human survivors of the devastating virus unleashed a decade earlier. They reach a fragile peace, but it proves short-lived, as both sides are brought to the brink of a war that will determine who will emerge as Earth’s dominant species.”
