“Divergent” is clearly a film that is targeting the female action “Hunger Games” fans. It has a tough female lead, played by Shailene Woodley, a romantic tug in the form of a tattooed mysterious guy (played by Theo James), and a cool sci-fi plot. Also like “The Hunger Games,” the film was based a book. “Divergent” is a film adaptation of the young adult book by Veronica Roth.

Want to see the first clip from the film? Well, if you take a look below the post, you’ll see what you can expect. There’s a lot of tattoos, a lot of touching of skin, and a lot of talk about being honest, kind, and an all-around good person.

“Divergent” also stars Ashley Judd, Jai Courtney, Kate Winslet, Ray Stevenson, Zoe Kravitz, Miles Teller, Maggie Q, Tony Goldwyn, Ansel Elgort and Mekhi Phifer. The film tells the story of a world in which those who don’t fit in are ostracized:

“In a future world where people are divided into distinct factions based on their personalities, Tris Prior is warned she is Divergent and will never fit into any one group. When she discovers a conspiracy to destroy all Divergents, she must find out what makes being Divergent so dangerous before it’s too late.”

“Divergent” will be in theaters and IMAX March 21, 2014.
