Sometimes the things you don’t see can also be the scariest. A new film from Oscilloscope Laboratories called “Coherence” focuses on a dinner party that goes off the rails when a mysterious comet falls to the Earth. The film looks pretty good! It looks like it will all take place in one location, while tensions begin to rise. “Coherence” played at last year’s Fantastic Fest in Austin, Texas to wonderful and winning reviews from film critics. Be on the look out for this one! Oscilloscope Laboratories released a new trailer that focuses on the film’s mysteries..

“On the night of an astrological anomaly, eight friends at a dinner party experience a troubling chain of reality bending events. Part cerebral sci-fi and part relationship drama, COHERENCE is a tightly focused, intimately shot film that quickly ratchets up with tension and mystery.”

The sci-fi film stars Emily Baldoni, Maury Sterling, Nicholas Brendon, Elizabeth Gracen, Alex Manugian, Alex Manugian, Lauren Maher, Hugo Armstrong, and Lorene Scafaria as Lee. The movie was written and directed by James Ward Byrkit.

“Coherence” opens in theaters and VOD on June 20th.
