“Edge of Tomorrow”, starring Tom Cruise and Emily Blunt, is going to be making people think while engaging them in a tremendously extravagant and mind-bending story of a man who must learn to become the ultimate soldier by “resetting” his life every day. Basically, the film is a big deal, so much so that on May 28, the stars of “Edge of Tomorrow” will take part in a huge worldwide event in which three fan premieres will be held in three different countries in only one day. It’s going to be a tremendous undertaking for Cruise and Blunt, who will have to race against time to make it to each event before time runs out.

In order to relive the red carpet over and over again, Cruise and Blunt will begin in London and end in New York City. Here’s the official itinerary (all times local):

·

7:00 a.m. inaugural premiere kicks off on the carpet in London, with a 9:00 a.m. screening.

The film takes both characters to France, where they face off against an insurmountable army of alien invaders.

· 2:00 p.m. red carpet in Paris, screening at 4:00 p.m.

The final premiere will take the stars back to the U.S.

· 10:00 p.m. red carpet in New York City, with the final screening—on the edge of tomorrow—at 11:59 p.m.

Between cities, the stars and the film’s director, Doug Liman, will interact with fans through social media as they travel from country to country. There will also be a live stream for each of the three events and fans can network through social media using #EOTLive.

Between cities, Cruise, Blunt and the film’s director, Doug Liman, will interact with fans via social media as they jet from country to country. A contingent of select press will travel to each premiere, ` covering the events as they unfold.

As you can see, this is going to be crazy. As to how the stars are going to be able to do this and keep a sane head is beyond me, but for those of you who will be watching, it’s bound to be an insane ride. “Edge of Tomorrow” comes to theaters June 6.
