New MAC Cosmetics Line Inspired by Marge Simpson

Posted by monique On July - 8 - 2014 0 Comment

Who knew that Marge Simpson would be the inspiration for a brand new line of MAC Cosmetics? The beehive-wearing mom from “The Simpsons” has been immortalized in Halloween costumes and a film, but now you can get Marge in the form of some awesome makeup.

The 10-piece cosmetics collection includes such things as false eyelashes, lip glosses, nail stickers, eyeshadows in shades of blues and purples, and blushes.

Even Marge herself had something to “say” about the upcoming collection. The press release for the collection has her stating, “They’re all so great, but I must say that Lisa’s Spikes really works well with my skin tone and of course, Beehive Blue compliments my hair perfectly.”

So when can you expect to get the set? Go to the web Aug. 28 to order; the set will be in live stores Sept. 5. However, if you’re going to Comic-Con, fashion fans will be able to buy it early during a special one-day sale July 26. Take a look at the collection below the post.

What do you think about this new collection? Discuss it in the comments section below.
