Fans of the hit ‘Scorpion King’ franchise can find their inner strength in Shockya’s exclusive cage fight sequence clip from the series’ latest installment, ‘The Scorpion King 4: Quest for Power.’ The third sequel of the action-adventure franchise features the return of the legendary warrior Mathayus, who’s once played by Victor Webster, after he portrayed the title character in the series’ last installment, 2012’s ‘The Scorpion King 3: Battle for Redemption.’ Universal Pictures Home Entertainment is set to release the new movie tomorrow on Digital HD, followed by its Blu-ray and DVD combo pack next Tuesday, January 13.
The cage fight sequence clip follows the cast on the set of ‘The Scorpion King 4: Quest for Power’ as they practice their stunts for their cage fight sequences. While dressed in costume on the set, actress Ellen Hollman, who played Valina, starts the clip by mentioning her favorite sequence to perform was her cage fight with her co-star, Eve Torres, who portrayed Chancara. The clip then showcases the two actresses as they brutally fight in front of a rowdy audience. Hollman praised Torres for bringing a high level of energy and excitement to the fight.
The clip then showcases Torres in her costume in the ring where the two actresses fought. She said that when she first read the script, she imagined a fierce fight scene between Chancara and Valina. The actress mentioned that coming from her background in the WWE, she obviously loves a good fight sequence. She added that Hollman was great to work with during the fight scene, as they were comfortable with each other. Chancara also emphasized that trust is an important part of a fight scene. Hollman added that the actors on the set are going to have a run for their money when they see her cage fight scene with Chancara.

The exclusive special features that are featured on the Blu-ray for ‘The Scorpion King 4: Quest for Power,’ which was directed by Michael Elliott and written by Michael Weiss, include deleted scenes and ‘Real Fighters, Fake Punches.’ The clip features the cast sharing stories about shooting the sequel’s physically daunting scenes that they described as packing an enormous punch. The action film’s Blu-ray and DVD also feature a gag reel, the ‘Making OF: A Brand New World/Great Chemistry’ featurette and a feature commentary with the movie’s cast and crew.
