LEGEND – In Theaters October 2, 2015

Tom Hardy is set to thrill audiences with a case of double trouble in “Legend.” In the period crime drama, Hardy plays twins Reggie and Ronnie Kray, two of London’s most legendary criminals.

“From Academy Award® winner Brian Helgeland (L.A. Confidential, Mystic River) comes the true story of the rise and fall of London’s most notorious gangsters, Reggie and Ron Kray, both portrayed by Tom Hardy in an amazing double performance. Legend is a classic crime thriller taking us into the secret history of the 1960s and the extraordinary events that secured the infamy of the Kray twins.”

If just hearing that Hardy will play two characters on screen, just wait until you see him in action! The trailer, as well as the poster, are below. I’ve always been a fan of Hardy and he rarely disappoints, so I’m sure he’s nailed this role.

Alongside Hardy stars Emily Browning, David Thewlis, Chazz Palminteri, Tara Fitzgerald, Christopher Eccleston and Taron Egerton. Helgeland also wrote the film’s screenplay.

“Legend” will be in theaters Oct. 2. What do you think about Hardy playing two roles at once? Will you watch the film when it comes to theaters? Give your opinions in the comments section below!
