With summer turning the fall corner, music playlists can now undergo a switch from pop to alternative music. A case in point can be made with Green Day’s classic “Wake Me Up When September Ends”. This rock song fits the qualifications for a fall tune. While Carly Rae Jepsen’s “Call Me Maybe” would be better off left in the carefree summer days.

So, get your autumn playlists ready because Flyleaf’s “New Horizons” will situate itself ideally amongst the fall pack. With its inspiring lyrics, “New Horizons” can get you out of any post summer rut. The alternative rock band just premiered their music video for the brand new single on fuse.tv. The music video correlates to the track’s “new beginnings” theme with reflections on the band’s past and hopefulness on Flyleaf’s future.

“New Horizons” is the title track off of the band’s upcoming album. More details on the album, including its release date, will be announced shortly. For the latest news on Flyleaf check out their official site and Facebook Page.
