Wine lovers can now enter one of the most intimate winegrowing regions in the world, Napa Valley, and embark on a journey of mastering the craft, right from the comfort of their own homes. The feature documentary, ‘Decanted.,’ which tracks the trials and tribulations of winemaking in the acclaimed Northern Californian region, is set to be released on all digital platforms this Tuesday, February 28. The latest film from ‘Brewmore Baltimore’ director, Nicholas Kovacic, will be distributed on iTunes, Amazon and Google Play.

‘Decanted.’ follows the process of creating a new winery from the ground up. From the initial growth of the grapes all the way to the fermentation process, there are infinite ways to create wine. The documentary showcases what it means to be in Napa Valley, and displays the perks and challenges that emanate from the profession.

In addition to helming ‘Decanted.,’ Kovacic also helped write and edit the movie. The director also served as a producer with Matthew Riggieri, Steve Reynolds, Todd Yuhanick, Nate Pesce, Andy Wilcox, Paige Wilcox and Taylor Martin.

Before receiving its digital release, ‘Decanted.’ premiered at the 2016 Napa Valley Film Festival this past November. To coincide with its digital distribution, the documentary is also set to play in select theaters nationwide within the next month, including in San Francisco, Baltimore and Atlanta.
