Tourists Threatened by Abductors in The Cutlass Exclusive Clip

A young tourist is fighting her way out of paradise in the upcoming action thriller, ‘The Cutlass.’ In honor of the award-winning film’s distribution in the U.S. on VOD on December 12 from Wild Eye Releasing, Shockya is premiering an exclusive clip from the drama. The clip comes after the studio unveiled stills and the poster from the movie.

‘The Cutlass’ marks the feature film directorial debut from Darisha Beresford, who also served as an executive producer on the thriller. The movie stars Lisa-Bel Hirschman in her first film role, as well as Arnold Goindhan and Kirk Baltz.

Inspired by true events, ‘The Cutlass’ follows a young tourist who’s abducted from her family, and taken into the jungles of Trinidad by a dangerous, armed sociopath. While the authorities and her family attempt to find her with no success, she is forced to mentally and physically outmaneuver her captor in an effort to stay alive and escape to safety.
