Josh Hutcherson was out in Beverly Hills yesterday when he was asked by TMZ why he underwent nose surgery earlier this month, and he finally cleared up the confusion. The 19-year-old ‘Hunger Games’ star, who took the bandages off in the afternoon, said he had the surgery to correct a deviated septum. He added that he was “90 percent blocked in my right nostril.” The explanation comes after Hutcherson initially declined to comment on the surgery. ‘Terminator 3′ star Nick Stahl has been reported missing by his wife, TMZ is reporting. The 32-year-old actor’s wife filed a missing person’s report with the L.A.P.D. on Monday, law enforcement officials have confirmed. She said she last saw him on May 9. Stahl is thought to have been visiting the Skid Row area of Downtown Los Angeles recently. There were concerns that he became involved in drugs. His wife filed court paters in February, saying she had serious concerns that her husband may have been doing drugs. She also believes that drugs may have contributed to his disappearance. John Travolta’s lawyer is saying the ‘Savages’ star has been completely vindicated with the dismissal of one of his sexual assault lawsuits, TMZ is reporting. John Doe #1 dropped the charges against the actor, leading Travolta’s lawyer, Marty Singer, to say “my client is completely vindicated by Doe #1 dropping his claims and dismissing his lawsuit.” Singer added that “we fully expect that my client will similarly be vindicated with respect to Doe #2, as well as with respect to any other person who makes meritless claims against (John) Travolta.” However, Doe #2 still has a pending lawsuit against the actor, and has yet to drop the charges. Teri Hatcher distanced herself from her ‘Desperate Housewives’ castmates, even as the series finale aired on Sunday night, the Huffington Post is reporting. Her fellow stars, including Eva Longoria, Marcia Cross, Felicity Huffman and Vanessa Williams, said goodbye to their successful show after eight seasons, but Hatcher neglected to promote the final season with them. A former room steward on a Royal Caribbean cruise line is claiming he was fired in 2009 after John Travolta asked him for a neck massage, TMZ is reporting. The cruise line worker, Fabian Zanzi, filed an official incident report, though the documents didn’t mention any overt sexual overture on the part of the ‘Savages’ star. Zanzi said he was delivering something to the actor’s room when Travolta asked him for the message. The steward obliged Travolta’s request, after which the actor invited him to return to visit him later that night. Reese Witherspoon accompanied her parents, John and Mary, on Friday to her father’s emergency hearing in his bigamy case in Davidson County, Tennessee, US Weekly is reporting. The hearing was scheduled to determine if John should be placed in a conservatorship. Early last week, Mary filed court documents, accusing her estranged husband of bigamy. The two separated in 1996, but never officially divorced. The two regularly keep in touch and speak several times a weeks. A costume designer for John Travolta’s upcoming film ‘Killing Season’ is saying the second masseur claiming the actor sexually assaulted him is lying, TMZ is reporting. Denise Wingate said she was with the actor in his suite at The Greenwich Hotel in New York for most of the afternoon on January 16, the day the masseur is claiming the assault happened in Beverly Hills. Wingate said there were four other people in the suite with Travolta and herself. She added that she took pictures during the session that lasted around three-and-a-half hours. Wolfgang Puck catered the fundraiser for President Barack Obama at George Clooney’s house last night with trays of a variety of food. Among the food served during the event included an assortment of meat, sauces, apples, cherries, watermelon, bread and Evian water. One of the staples of the night was beer, including Sierra Nevada Pale Ale and Obama’s favorite, Bud Light. Puck was hired to serve the 150 people who were in attendance at the fundraiser. Brendan Fraser is suing the producers of the film ‘The Legend of William Tell: 3D,’ as he’s claiming they failed to pay him his $2 million acting fees, TMZ is reporting. The actor filed the lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court, saying producer Todd Moyer hired him in early 2011 to appear in the film. He added that he was promised shooting would begin in October of that year. John Travolta is insisting the second anonymous male masseur who’s accused him of sexual harassment is lying, and the claim is “just as absurd and ridiculous as the first one,” TMZ is reporting. The second accuser filed legal documents, claiming the ‘Savages’ actor grabbed his genitals and masturbated during a massage session on January 28 at an Atlanta spa resort. Mila Kunis reportedly saved the life of a 50-year-old man who works in her Los Angeles home, TMZ is reporting. The incident occurred on Saturday, during which the man collapsed and suffered a violent seizure. The man was choking, coughing up blood and vomiting. He had even bit through his tongue. The 28-year-old ‘Ted’ actress had her friend call 911 as she ran to the man’s side. Kunis grabbed the man’s head and turned it to the side so he wouldn’t choke any further. Mila Kunis’ alleged homeless stalker, Stuart Dunn, followed the ‘Ted’ actress to a gym on Friday, TMZ is reporting. After Kunis’ security team set off the alarm at the gym, Dunn was detained by police. Law enforcement officials confirmed authorities are investigating Dunn, who showed up at the gym three days in a row last week looking for Kunis. However, there wasn’t sufficient enough evidence to arrest him at the gym, so he was freed. But authorities may arrest him once they finish their investigation. Amanda Bynes was involved in a second hit-and-run accident on Thursday night in Hollywood, TMZ is reporting. The ‘Easy A’ star allegedly sideswiped a car while driving her Range Rover near the intersection of Crescent Heights and Melrose Blvd. The man driving the other car said Bynes’ SUV hit him as she was trying to pass him on the right. The other driver called police and reported the hit and run when Bynes didn’t stop at the scene. He reportedly began following the SUV himself, and police even dispatched a police helicopter to track the Range Rover, unsure how severe the accident was. Comedian and actor Martin Lawrence is moving forward with his divorce from his wife of two years, Shamicka Lawrence, after releasing the news that they plan to separate just weeks ago. After announcing their plans to separate both Lawrence and Shamicka issued a statement. “Out of love and respect for one another we will continue to remain friends and raise our two beautiful daughters together.” The forty seven year old Lawrence filed papers in Los Angeles Superior Court this past April 25th citing “irreconcilable differences” as the cause of their split. Dennis Quaid’s wife, Kimberly Buffington-Quaid, has officially withdrawn her divorce papers from the actor, TMZ is reporting. She initially filed for divorce in March, citing irreconcilable differences. In the new papers filed to stop the divorce, Buffington-Quaid said she has no desire to continue with the split.
