Rob Zombie recently sat down with FEARnet’s Spider (who also happens to be Zombie’s brother) and discussed his upcoming H2. Dimension Films and Rob Zombie are teaming up again for another installment of his reboot of the Halloween series. Zombie will write and direct H2, the sequel to his 2007 remake. Production will begin in March and the film is scheduled for release in October 2009. H2 will continue where Halloween 2007 left off, following the aftermath of Michael Myers’ near-death experience after he went on a killing spree with his estranged sister as its prime target. Instead of following the story John Carpenter, the Halloween series’ original creator, came up with, Zombie made the series his own and treated Myers as a clinical psychopath versus an outright evildoer.
