People Online has an interview “American Idol” host/radio personality Ryan Seacrest did with “Idol” judge Jennifer Lopez about the “Idol” judges save last Wednesday, which saved contestant Casey Abrams from the will of America to send him home. Crystal Bowersox officially married her boyfriend of a couple months, musician Brian Walker, in a small ceremony in Chicago on October 10, PEOPLE is reporting. Kara DioGuardi confirmed on September 3 that she will not be returning as a judge on the next season of ‘American Idol,’ EW.com is reporting. FOX issued a press release, stating that after two seasons as a judge on the hit reality competition, she feels like now is the best time to leave. “It has truly been an amazing experience. Steven Tyler allegedly told a close source that he will accept one of the judge’s positions on the next season of ‘American Idol,’ the Associated Press (AP) reported on August 18. While the Aerosmith lead singer hasn’t officially released a public statement confirming or denying the news, AP added “there is no reason to refute” the claims. Former ‘American Idol’ winner Fantasia Barrino was released from the hospital on August 11, two days after she was admitted fro attempting suicide, her manager Brian Dickens told USMagazine.com. Dickens added that Barrino “…has been lifted up by the outpouring of love and support from her fans. Jennifer Lopez is a serious contender to replace departing ‘American Idol’ judge Ellen DeGeneres, Deadline Hollywood reported on July 30. DeGeneres confirmed on her Twitter account on July 29 that she won’t be returning to the hit reality show for a second season because of her busy work schedule. Chris Daughtry and his wife Deana announced on July 12 via his website that they found out the sex of their twins. He confirmed that they are expecting a boy and a girl.
