According to GeekTyrant, Alyson Hannigan will return to the “American Pie” franchise. She’ll reprise her role as Michelle Flaherty in the next “American Pie” film “American Reunion”. She will be filming in between her time off from “How I Met Your Mother”. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Universal Studios is looking to get the original “American Pie” cast together for “American Reunion”. Seann William Scott has voluntarily checked into a rehab treatment facility for “health and personal issues,” his agent has confirmed. However, no details of why the 34-year-old actor, who is most remembered for his portrayal of Stifler in the original ‘American Pie’ trilogy, checked into the facility, www.tmz.com is reporting. A spokesman for Scott, who has also appeared in such movies as ‘Dude, Where’s My Car?’ and ‘Role Models,’ told People that the actor wants to be proactive in his treatment. Mena Suvari married concert producer Simone Sestito on June 26 in Vatican City, PEOPLE is reporting.  The ‘American Pie’ actress and her fiancee had a private church ceremony, with a private reception following outside of the city. The two met at the Toronto Film Festival in 2007, and became engaged a year later.
