Christian Bale to lose weight again for Concrete Island

Remember when Christian Bale lost all of that weight and looked skeletal and freaky in “The Machinist”? Well, he’s about to lose a lot of weight again, this time for the film “Concrete Island”, according to Entertainment Weekly The film, directed by Brad Anderson (who also directed Bale in “The Machinist”) will feature Bale’s character, a rich architect, who becomes stranded in a section of a fenced-off West London wasteland and must survive using only what he brought with him in his car and what he’s able to find in the area. The actor has already recovered from his weight loss for his role as Dickey Eklund in “The Fighter”….
