Posted by Rudie Obias On May - 12 - 2011 0 Comment

I know it’s very popular to trash Brett Ratner as a hack, uninteresting, paint-by-numbers type of filmmaker, but personally I am interested in his work. Posted by Tessa On March - 11 - 2009 0 Comment

MTV recently sat down with X-Men: The Last Stand and Rush Hour director Brett Ratner and asked him about the new Conan the Barbarian film. Ratner, who had previously denied rumors he was attached to the remake, recently told MTV who he’d like to see take on the Conan, a role made famous from actor-turned-governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, which makes it seem as if his involvement with the movie is moving closer to a solid deal. He also talked about the movie itself, saying “The script is very cool, contemporary. It’s not an homage. It’s not a remake, really. It’s going back to the original source material — the mythology of  [ Read More ]
