Cedric the Entertainer is heading back to television, as he has been cast in a ‘Hot in Cleveland’ spin-off series, tvguide.com is reporting. The comedian will first portray his character, a minister who becomes involved in the adventures of the women of TV Land’s first scripted comedy, when it returns on June 15. Cedric, who was a regular on ‘The Steve Harvey Show,’ said “We’re definitely going to bring people quality entertainment and laughs with this new show,” which is still untitled.
