IFC Films has announced that Colin Farrell and Keira Knightley will star in “London Boulevard,” a “stylish gangster thriller” directed by Oscar-winning screenwriter of “The Departed,” William Monahan. This film is his directorial debut. The film will be in theaters November 11, but you will be able to rent it on demand October 5. We’ve been force-fed quite a few remakes within the last five years. The taste isn’t too satisfying most of the time but we as an audience have learned to tolerate it at the very least. One such remake we’re talking about here is “Fright Night,” based off the original 1985 horror-comedy by Tom Holland. I can’t believe it, but this is officially it; my coverage of San Diego Comic Con 2011 has come to a close. For five incredibly long days, the experience went by in a flash. The action was non-stop from the moment I touched down in San Diego and while it was extremely exhausting and probably one of the most trying working experiences I’ve ever gone through, it was beyond worth it.
