British actor Ben Whishaw will portray 007′s gadget designer Q in the upcoming James Bond film ‘Skyfall,’ the BBC is reporting. His agent confirmed the news that he will follow in the footsteps of Desmond Llewelyn, who played the role in ‘From Russia With Love.’ The character was most recently seen alongside Pierce Brosnan’s turn as Bond in 2002′s ‘Die Another Day.’ At the age of 31, the star of the BBC’s recent 1950s news drama ‘The Hour’ is 12 years younger than Daniel Craig, who currently plays Bond. ‘Eat Pray Love’ actor Javier Bardem has officially announced that he has been cast as the new villain in the upcoming James Bond movie. Bardem told ABC TV that although he can’t reveal much about his role opposite lead star Daniel Craig, he is definitely on board the 23rd film of the notorious double 007 franchise. “I am very excited my parents took me to watch the movies and I saw all of them so to play that is going to be fun.
