Dark Sky Films sent us the latest movie poster for the upcoming horror film “Hatchet II” by director Adam Green (Frozen) and starring Danielle Harris (Halloween II), Kane Hodder and Tony Todd. Synopsis: Marybeth escapes the clutches of the deformed, swamp-dwelling iconic killer Victor Crowley. After learning the truth about her family’s connection to the hatchet-wielding madman, Marybeth returns to the Louisiana swamps along with an army of hunters to recover the bodies of her family and exact the bloodiest revenge against the bayou butcher. According to recent reports, Jesse Corti, Danielle Harris, Bill Moseley, Joe Pilato, Alona Tal and Cornell Womack have all signed on to voice characters in the upcoming 3D CGI “Night of the Living Dead: Origins.” Pilato has also appeared in 1978′s “Dawn of the Dead.” The upcoming re-imagining of the classic George A. Romero zombie flick is being directed by Zebediah de Soto, with Jib Polhemus, the president of Simon West and Simon West Productions, onboard as producer.
