Rob Marshall has already made a splash with Disney when he directed “Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides.” Now, Marshall is going to help Disney again by developing the stage musical “Into the Woods” for the screen. Marshall, along with John DeLuca, will produce the Stephen Sondheim musical through their production company LUCAMAR Productions. James Lapine, who wrote the musical with Sondheim, will adapt the story. Disney has always been known for the animated shorts shown prior to the feature film. Since we’re just a week away from “Beauty and the Beast,” presented in 3D, Disney gives us a great sneak peek at the super adorable-looking animated short “Tangled Ever After.” Set after the events of “Tangled,” the animated short centers on the large wedding of Flynn (voiced by Zachary Levi) and Rapunzel (voiced by Mandy Moore) along with the hilarious events that ensue. You’ll be able to see “Tangled Ever After” in front of “Beauty and the Beast 3D,” out in theaters nationwide on January 13th.
