After Gwyneth Paltrow received rave reviews for her live singing debut at the CMA ceremony on November 10, the Academy Award-winning actress told Access Hollywood that she asked Faith Hill for help to prepare. The lead actress of the upcoming movie ‘Country Strong’ also said that she asked her friend Beyonce for help, and studied her concerts for confidence. Gwyneth Paltrow is admitting that losing her baby weight after the birth of her second child, son Moses, in 2006 was “by far the hardest thing I’ve ever done,” the Huffington Post reported on July 11. The Academy Award-winning actress added that after her first pregnancy with daughter Apple, the weight wasn’t as hard to lose as with Moses. “It was really hanging on.  It was not easy…but I really was seeing results so it motivated me to just work through it,” Paltrow said.
