Gabriel Aubry, the father of Halle Berry’s three-year-old daughter Nahla, is being investigated for criminal child endangerment and battery, TMZ is reporting. Richard A. Franco, an unemployed 27 year-old community college student, was arrested during the night of July 11, 2011 for allegedly stalking Halle Berry, TMZ is reporting. The Los Angeles Police Department is saying the Academy Award-winning actress’ security cameras filmed Franco jumping the concrete wall outside her Hollywood Hills home around 11 PM. Franco was immediately confronted by security guards on the grounds. He didn’t resist, and cooperated fully with the guards. They called the LAPD, who arrested him on suspicion of felony stalking.
