Jack Black and writer-director Steve Pink have acquired the rights to the semi-satiric book ‘How to Survive a Robot Uprising,’ Slashfilm.com is reporting. The book gives insights into the current state of robotics, speculates how robots could rise against humans and provides humans with tips on how to survive such an uprising. There isn’t any word yet on whether or not Black will be starring in the film. With the Cannes Film Festival about to begin, brand new posters are popping up all over town. Empire is on the scene and has already posted snapshots of promo material for three films, Gulliver’s Travels, Kane & Lynch and The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader.
