Robert F. Kennedy Jr's Daughter Cast in More As This Story Develops

Kathleen “Kick” Kennedy, the daughter of Robert F. Kennedy Jr., has been cast in Aaron Sorkin’s upcoming HBO show ‘More As This Story Develops,’ The New York Post is reporting. The drama, which will feature Kennedy in her first major role, will follow a co-anchor, played by Jeff Daniels, who must deal with a new crew after his fellow host lands a new job and takes most of the staff. The show will also feature Olivia Munn, Sam Waterston, Emily Mortimer, Dev Patel and Alison Pill. Sony To Bring Fathers And Guns To The US

The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that Sony has picked up the rights to remake “Fathers And Guns”, the French-Canadian hit action/comedy film The project is being developed and produced by Kathleen Kennedy and Frank Marshall. Emile Gaudreault, the writer and director of the original, as well as Denise Robert, the original’s producer, are also onboard to produce. “Fathers And Guns” is about a father and son who both are cops, but cannot stand each other. Lance Armstrong Biopic Coming Together

According to producer Frank Marshall, the long-brewing Lance Armstrong biopic for Columbia, based on his 2000 autobiography, could start filming as early as the beginning of 2010. Gary Ross has been hired to pen the script, and Marshall and Kathleen Kennedy are producing the pic through their Kennedy/Marshall banner, and there’s still a possibility that Marshall might direct it himself. Date Set For The Adventures Of Tintin Film

Paramount and Sony Pictures have announced the release date for the long-awaited 3-D motion capture feature film “The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn”, directed and produced by Steven Spielberg, and produced by Peter Jackson and Kathleen Kennedy. The film will be released by Paramount in the U.S. on December 23rd, 2011. The film stars Jamie Bell as Tintin, a young reporter who constantly gets involved in high-adventure and intrigue in the search of good stories, and Daniel Craig as Red Rackham, the film’s villain. English Version Of Tell No One Coming

Miramax and Focus Features Intl. have snagged the rights to an English language remake of the French thriller “Tell No One” from EuropaCorp. The original 2006 film focuses on a doctor grieving his dead wife, the victim of a serial killer. Several years later, he is implicated in the deaths of two other people, and discovers that in fact, his wife might actually still be alive and a greater conspiracy is brewing around him. Miramax and Focus will be co-developing the project, which Kathleen Kennedy has come on board to produce.
