Listen to the track “1,2,3,4″ from Plain White T’s new album “Big Bad World” which hit stores on September 23rd. It’s not often a band writes a song that strikes a chord with so many, but Plain White T’s struck gold, literally, with their hit “Hey There Delilah.” The song, with over 40 Million cumulative YouTube views, catapulted Every Second Counts to Gold Record status and the band to international stars. Now the T’s are set to return with Big Bad World, which features “1,2,3,4″ a Delilah-esque love song that captures the sweet soul of Higgenson’s vocals and lyrics that will have fans dedicating the track to their loved ones….

The guys in Plain White T’s have learned a bit about life since “Hey There Delilah” and that’s no more evident than in for the new video for the infectious single, “Natural Disaster”. No longer is the band wallowing after long gone college sweethearts; this time they’re the ones with the upper hand as they swagger into the club and can have their pick of any girl who crosses their path. On September 23rd the world will get a lot sweeter with the release of Plain White T’s album, “Big Bad World”. The follow up record to “Every Second Counts” which featured the smash “Hey There Delilah” which was also produced by Johnny K (3 Doors Down, Kill Hannah, Black Tide). Along with “Natural Disaster,” the band has added another track, “1,2,3,4″ to the bands official MySpace page, www.myspace.com/plainwhitets. The video for “Natural Disaster” will make its world premiere on MySpace this Wednesday, August 27th with a feature on MySpace’s main music page. The Kerrang! Awards were held recently in the UK and among those honored were Florida rockers, Black Tide. The band took home the award for Best International Newcomer, beating out All Time Low and Kill Hannah amongst other bands. Black Tide joined the likes of Rage Against The Machine, Slipknot and Avenged Sevenfold all who took home a coveted K statue. Also on hand were Black Tide influencers, Metallica who were honored, fittingly, with the Kerrang! inspiration award.
