A Manhattan court filing confirmed the news, and in response, E-Trade spokeswoman Susan Hickey said the case’s end reflected a “simple business decision.” Lohan filed the lawsuit E-Trade after it aired a commercial during this year’s Super Bowl. The commercial showed an infant girl accusing her “boyfriend,” the boy who is the face of the online trading company, of seeing “that milkaholic Lindsay” behind her back.
