Lindsay Lohan is expected to plead no contest to the misdemeanor theft charge against her over the reported $2,500 necklace she stole from a jewelry store in January, TMZ is reporting. The actress told Jay Leno on ‘The Tonight Show’ that she wants to accept responsibility for her actions and move on. Lohan’s lawyer, Shawn Holley, will report to Judge Stephanie Sautner as early as next week to enter the plea. The actress has already been sentenced to 120 days in jail and 480 hours of community service for violating her probation. TMZ revealed that Lindsay Lohan had nearly lost the role of playing Victoria Gotti in “Gotti: Three Generations”. The main reason she lost it was not due to her–it was due to her management team. But she managed to hustle and get the role back! Lindsay Lohan, who is being considered to portray Sharon Tate in the upcoming Charles Manson biopic, ‘Eyes of a Dreamer,’ may be co-starring alongside Marilyn Manson in the film, tmz.com is reporting. The singer, whose real name is Brian Hugh Warner, and who took part of his stage name from the convicted murderer, is interested in portraying Manson’s right hand man, Tex Watson. More developments from the “Gotti: Three Generations” front–Lindsay Lohan, who we reported yesterday was auditioning for a role in “Superman: Man of Steel”, has been offered the role of Victoria Gotti in the biopic “Gotti: Three Generations”, according to MTV and TMZ. TMZ is reporting that Lohan has beat out it girls Blake Lively and Sienna Miller for the role, and was supposedly handpicked by Victoria herself. Lindsay Lohan has beat out both Blake Lively and Sienna Miller to portray Victoria Gotti in the new Gotti family biopic, tmz.com is reporting. The decision was reportedly personally made by Gotti after she found out producers started considering Lively and Miller. The daughter of John Gotti, the former boss of the Gambino crime family in New York City, insisted that producers hire Lohan. Lindsay Lohan will not be charged for allegedly assaulting a Betty Ford chemical-dependency technician during her treatment at the center in December, eonline.com is reporting. The Riverside County District Attorney’s Office confirmed the charge dismissal to E! News, saying that after reviewing the case from a local sheriff’s report, there wasn’t enough evidence to charge the actress. D.A. spokesman John Hall told PEOPLE Magazine that his office conducted its own investigation, and “It wasn’t looked at any differently than any other cases, and we didn’t put any special priority on this.” He added that the office had to re-interview witnesses in the case several times. Lindsay Lohan has been telling friends that she’s thrilled Charlie Sheen has checked into rehab, as she feels he is in a “life or death situation,” TMZ.com is reporting. The ‘Mean Girls’ actress, who herself was discharged from the Betty Ford Center on January 3 after spending three months there, is also saying she’s worried about the ‘Two and a Half Men’ star. Dawn Holland, the Betty Ford Center worker who was allegedly assaulted by Lindsay Lohan, has been fired, RadarOnline.com is reporting. While Holland admitted her job was terminated because she breached patient confidentiality by doing an interview with TMZ, she added that she’s “going full force.” Detectives from Riverside County have said they are investigating Lohan’s alleged fight with Holland on December 12. The police have declined to comment on the cause of the fight, but confirmed that Holland is interested in pressing charges against the ‘Mean Girls’ actress. The casting comes after the recent news that the film’s producers had fired the ‘Mean Girls’ actress.
