Jamie Foxx and Tyler Perry are being sued for $1 million each by an Oklahoma prisoner for stealing his idea for their newest comedy, ‘Skank Robbers,’ TMZ is reporting. The prisoner, Shamond Lyle Sapp, who is serving time for 10 bank robberies, said he gave the two actors the idea for the movie, and they have cut him out of the filmmaking process. ‘Skank Robbers,’ which stars Foxx, Perry and Martin Lawrence, follows women bank robbers, and is reportedly in development. The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that Columbia Pictures is developing a brand new “Bad Boys 3″ film for director Michael Bay and stars Will Smith and Martin Lawrence. Peter Craig has been tapped by the studio to write the screenplay. The two previous “Boys” movies from 1995 and 2003 featured Smith and Lawrence as Miami PD detectives Mike Lowrey and Marcus Burnett. The first film grossed $66 million domestically and $141 million worldwide, while the sequel grossed $138 million domestically and $273 million worldwide.
