Marvel Entertainment has released a few updates on upcoming movie adaptations of their properties, including the highly-anticipated “Avengers” film. “Iron Man 2″ is already filming and still on-schedule for release May 7th, 2010, and release, and the Kenneth Branagh-directed “Thor” still hasn’t made any casting decisions, is in pre-production, and scheduled to being filming in the beginning of 2010. “Thor” is aiming for a May 20th, 2011 release. “The First Avenger: Captain America”, directed by Joe Johnston, is scheduled to start filming in the summer of 2010 and has a tentative July 22nd, 2011 release date.
